Privacy policy

Forest Volunteers is used by offices of the Directorate of Forests, West Bengal, to keep the list of Forest Volunteers engaged in each division.

What is kept

The details entered in the list (name, date of birth, qualification, reference numbers, date and place of joining, work assigned) are stored in a Google Sheet of the Directorate. Each save also records the name, designation and mobile number the person saving gave, and the time.

Who can see it

Only people with a username and password given by the Directorate can sign in. Administrators can see all divisions and the record of changes.

On your device

Your sign-in, your details and any changes not yet saved are kept in this browser so work is not lost. Signing out removes the sign-in.
